Application Terms

Submitting an application does not create a partnership and does not guarantee acceptance. The Biogenyx Referral Partner Program is selective, and every application is reviewed for fit, professionalism and market. Biogenyx may accept or decline any application at its discretion.

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are applying on your own behalf or with authority to apply on behalf of your business.

Applying does not make you an employee, agent, medical provider or authorized Biogenyx representative. Referral partners make introductions. Partners are not authorized to diagnose, provide medical advice, promise results, or make treatment claims on behalf of Biogenyx. Consultations, eligibility and clinical questions are handled by the Biogenyx team.

Accepted partners must use only approved Biogenyx messaging and materials, and must comply with applicable law and professional rules.

Accepted partners may use the approved Biogenyx referral link, QR code, messaging and branding only as authorized. Partners may not alter these materials, misrepresent Biogenyx, make medical claims, or imply guaranteed results or earnings.

Any compensation or referral terms, if applicable, are provided separately to accepted partners. They are not promised by this application or the program website.

Biogenyx may update, suspend or discontinue the program or any partner's participation, subject to any applicable obligations.

Biogenyx branding and materials may only be used as authorized by Biogenyx.
